I was staying there with my boyfriend to visit my family and it was in a great location. Very clean and spacious. Host was very communicative and flexible upon arrival times. Would recommend to anyone! Sam's place is amazing. The amenities were super clean. There was water there as well which was much needed after a long day exploring NYC! The bus to NYC is a super easy walk about minutes. Either way Bus or Train is cheap! Just a heads up that the ferry to the statue of liberty and Ellis island are very close to this. Carlos bakery in Hoboken is only 30 minutes from here as well!
Loved that the walks were shoveled off for us when we got there. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! This is the perfect spot for if you are traveling alone or in a small group and want to be somewhere quiet. Only complaint I could have made is that the beds were not all that comfy but I was able to sleep well after a day of being busy!

My room was to the right of the apartment so it was cozy and quiet. The decor was gorgeous! So much so that I took pictures to gain inspiration for my home. The bed was comfy. The sheets and pillows were so lush and cozy. I really loved the room! The kitchen has basic amenities and was really cute and the living room was so stylish and pretty!

Her cleaning staff comes daily to clean shared living quarters and are nice as well. This place offers so much and is priced well below its value! Anna made the place look so so beautiful! The shower is great too and has shampoo condition and body wash installed. Which is really nice. I will be visiting again!!! Thank you for a beautiful stay!
This place was easy to find and to find parking. Anna was very quick with her responses when it came to any questions. The space was better than what I expected and I had no problems what so ever. Anne was always prompt to reply. The apartment was clean and pretty.
However, the stairs up to the room was very tight and very hard to manage with suitcases. The neiborhood seemed too sketchy at night with some homeless and drug addicts ppl. First night was very cold because the heater was not working.
They fixed it the next day. For the most part, it was fine and what I expected. The steps were and bit tight to manage with luggage. I appreciated the cold filtered water in the frig.
I only wish I had picked up some coffee cream to have in the morning. But a big deal. ANNA was generally responsive and clear about entry at 11 pm, so that helped us get in fast and get to bed.
I had wondered why there was not a top sheet on the bed and was told this was European style with a comforter inside of a washable cover. I also think that the floors could be slightly cleaner as I noticed dust or dirt on my bare feet. Generally it was all very clean and tidy. It was pretty close to a bus stop maybe a 10 minute walkwhich allowed us to get over to NYC easily. ANNA gave us the bus number to take the correct bus. So thanks for that. The room was just what we wanted a clean and safe space for some shut eye.

The house itself is immaculately built, clean and new, however the neighborhood surrounding it is rough.
The lockbox was facing down so when i did get it open, after fiddling with it in the pitch black, the keys fell out, and then having to put it back and do it again anytime you come in is inconvenient.
Once I got settled in, I showered and noticed simple things like bathroom rug and garbage can were not there but I improvised. I was pissed because my food sat out all night and I ended up having to throw it out so that i don't get sick. Second issue was the thermostat. On the second night, another renter must have turned it on because he commented on how hot it was and it was lowered when i arrived.
Once Diana gets this place up and running the correct way, then i would return. Very responsibe host, Sheldon got back to me in minutes when I had a question. Good location, plenty of space. Had did not work Noisy beds. Appliances did not work properly. Mediocre neighborhood Code kept not working. When we first got there family of 6 plus a 10 month old the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy because of the neighbors, it turned out to be okay. The biggest problem was that the second day, when we got back at night there was rat poop all over the beds, on the floors, as well as our dirty laundry bag that was HANGING from the closet door.
It was an experience that we had never encountered on an AIRBNB stay, so this was very upsetting and because of that situation we had to leave the place a day earlier than expected.
Sheldon's place is huge! This was my second stay. It's a new home and he's doing a great job. Sparking clean and cozy. Very easy going, professional, friendly guy! This place is a great place for a large family to stay in if you are visiting either the Newark or NYC area. Quick and easy access to all forms of transportation. All the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of hot water! Plenty of open space and well furnished. Very clean and well kept. The kitchen is nicely equipped. House is very spacious, clean and well stocked.

They made us feel welcome to use any amenity in the apartment, including kitchen, living room and laundry room. The whole time we were there we felt comfortable and welcomed.
The place is only a minute walk to the train station, or a minute uber ride. We would recommend others to stay here as well. Tiago is a really great guy and the apartment is super nice! Very nice, large space.

There is a bus that takes you to NY Port Authority right on the corner of the block! The house is 5 minutes from Newark Airport. The room is very clean and very cozy.
